FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long do Pressed Nails last?
With proper prep and our solid gel adhesive, your Pressed Nails can last up to 3–4 weeks. The key is to prep your nails well (use the dehydrator!) and avoid water for the first couple of hours after application so the gel can fully cure.
2. What makes Pressed Nails different from other press-ons?
We’re not your average drugstore press-ones Our nails are fully pre-etched, durable, and designed to mimic salon-quality results. Plus, our solid gel adhesive creates a strong, long-lasting bond when cured under UV light.
3. How do I remove my Pressed Nails safely?
Apply the Pressed Remover Pen around the edges of each nail, let it soak in for a few minutes, and gently lift the nail off—no prying or damage to your natural nails.
4. Will the nails damage my natural nails?
When applied and removed correctly, our system keeps your natural nails damage free. Always use the remover pen instead of peeling or forcing them off.
5. Can I shower or do dishes after applying my nails?
We recommend waiting 1–2 hours before exposing your nails to water. This gives the adhesive time to fully cure for a secure hold that lasts.
6. Do I need a UV lamp to apply the nails?
Yes — our solid gel adhesive is activated by UV light, and every Starter Kit includes a compact UV flash lamp to make curing quick and easy.
